Albert Ponnelle, Pernand-Vergelesses Premier Cru "Les Fichots" - a dry red wine with a multi-faceted aroma and a soft, silky, delicate taste. Wine is made from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the vineyard "Le Fisho" class Premier Cru. Harvested by hand and gently pressed. Maceration takes at least 7 days, fermentation using only natural yeast at 18 ° C lasts from 8 to 15 days. Excerpt wine takes 1 year in old oak barrels and a year and a half in bottles. Production Pernan-Vergeles Premier Cru "Le Fishau" is very small and is only 400 bottles per year.
