Akashi Toji Single Malt Bourbon Cask Whisky is reserved in Japanese Shochu cask (American Oak) around 3 years and aged in bourbon barrels for 2 years. This is another very limited release by Eigashima with only 240 bottles were ever produced.
Each bottle is numbered for authenticity. Moreover this is a single cask whisky. It is non-chill filtered and non-colored.

Tasting Notes

NOSE: Vanilla, slightly sweet, fresh.
TASTE: Full bodied, sweet, licorice.
FINISH: Honey, spices, cinnamon, longer Finish.
