Quimera is design and architecture, a unique warm blend that is conceived in the vineyard. Our winemaker interprets the land year after year in search of an impossible wine, making each vintage unique.
It is a wine with very deep nuances with aromas ranging from notes of stony and earth, dark fruit, to delicate rosemary accents. Wide in the mouth, almost feminine and delicious acidity.
Chimera is heuristic, it is personal discovery, it is the search for perfection.

Medium ruby. Floral aromas with blackberry, blueberry and cassis. Concentrated, well-integrated with flavors of crushed blackberry, licorice and bitter chocolate-tobacco. Outstanding cellaring capacity.
