- 6cl Aberlour 12YO
- 1.5cl Apple shrub
- 2.5cl Toasted barley water
- 1cl Organic apple juice
- 0.5cl Chickpea brine
How to Serve :
- Fill the glass with ice, build the cocktail directly in the glass and shaken.
- Garnish : Dehydrated red apple slice
